Due to many works at Tema, especially from 2009, we established a local Co. there.
We have there all diving equipment to carry out nauto-diving works as Surveys, cleaning, propeller polishing repairs etc.
From JUN 2014 we can provide our diving boat ( LOA 14m.) also.
We have the ( annual for 2016 also ) registration for our Co and diving boat ( permition ) to carry out diving works
at Tema main harbour / fishing harbour and anchorage.
We are approved to carry out in-water Surveys approved by Class ( ABS,BV, DNV-GL,LR,NKK,RINA etc.
For any kind of diving works we use Greek divers only ( due to experience ).
When we haven’t any project at Ghana, divers return to Greece.
We have the capability to carry out underwater service at Ports / Anchorage / and OPL ( approx. 13 Miles ).
All our diving equipment temporary located in Workhouse.
When we undertake a job we must arrange to transfer our diving equipment
from workhouse to diving boat with relevant custom documentation.
after completion ( if we don’t undertake another job ) diving equipment
return from diving boat to workhouse with same custom documentation.
When we proceed alongside Vessel, usually we stay alongside up to job completion.
Working Hours : Daylight hours only : for Tema 06:00 – 18:00 LT ( same UTC ).
VISA : Usually divers equipped with VISA or RESIDENCE PERMIT.
Sometimes for some divers is necessary to issue VISA

Usual Programme ( Cond. 1 ) :
Arrangement Before Departure :
- All divers equipped with VISA / vaccivation card
- Tickets ATH-ACC
- Custom Documentation for Equipment for Port Gate
- Permition for Divers – entrance Port Gate / Diving Operation permit
- Truck to transfer diving equipment.
- Preparation equipment necessary for the job
1st Day : 08:00 Departure of Divers from Piraeus to ath airport.
10:40 Departure of diver(s) ATH – ACC arrive 20:25
21:15 local transportation Accra KOTOKA airport – Tema. Arrive approx 22:00 at Hotel.
2nd Day : 05:30 Departure of Divers from Hotel to workhouse.
06:00 Departure of diver(s) and truck with diving equipment for Port.
06:30 Arrive at Port Gate – arrangement with Customs – immigration etc.
06:45 Completion with Authotities – proceed to diving boat and discharge diving equipment from truck.
07:00 All Diving equipment on board and diving boat depart.
08:00 – 08:30 arrive alongside the Vessel for Tema anchorage.
09:00 – 09:30 arrive alongside the Vessel for Tema OPL.
For diving boat / for anchorage U.S.Dol per day up to 4 hours / more than 4 hours -> U.S.Dol/hour
We need the “shell expansion plan” ( *.cad or *.pdf format ) before proceed for the inspection.
This plan help us to plan our inspection and if we find something to locate in Frames and Plating.
Terms :
We require 5 days advance notice prior undertaking work.
Terms of payment – 50% on confirmation or when proceed to vessel ( cash to master )
and balance on completion (after report sent ).
IN CACE OF CLEANING WE MUST TO KNOW BEFORE
WE MUST ARRANG FOR DIVERS AND EQUIPMENT.
OUR EQUIPMENT LOCATED AT TEMA WORKHOUSE FOR SAFETY ( NO AT DIVING BOAT )
WE MUST ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION AND CUSTOM DOCUMENTATION
FOR EQUIPMENT WE MUST ARRANGE AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE.
IN CASE OF PHOTO INSPECTION WE CAN DO IT WITH ONE GREEK DIVER ONLY.
FOR HULL CLEANING IS NECESSARY AT LEAST TWO DIVERS.
IF WE ARE THERE IS OK, OTHERWISE DIVERS DEPART EARLY MORNING FROM GREECE
ARRIVE AT TEMA SAME DAY NIGHT, TO WORK NEXT DAY MORNING.
FOR DIVERS WE MUST ARRANGE AT LEAST TWO THREE DAYS BEFORE.

To carry out photo inspection at Tema Main Harbour is possible.
Visibility is not very good, but we can do it.
Other solution is to carry out the photo inspection at anchorage ( if drop anchor before port entrance )
We can proceed to anchorage by our diving boat.
